- Scottish Raspberries add a sweet fruit filled flavour to the gin with a refreshing edge from the ginger used, delicate notes of juniper and aromatic spice follow for a rich and sweet finish.
Aroma: Sweet summer berries, delicate spice and juniper.
Taste: Flavourful notes of raspberry, citrus peel, refreshing ginger.
Finish: Long fruity finish.
Fill a glass with ice and pour over 1 measure of Crabbie’s Scottish Rugby Raspberry & Ginger Pink Gin and top up with light tonic or soda water. Garnish with a slice of raspberries, lemon peel and a sprig of thyme.
The Forward Pass
- 50ml Crabbie's Scottish Rugby Raspberry & Ginger Pink Gin
- 25ml Raspberry Puree
- 12.5ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- 4 or 5 Fresh mint leaves
- Soda Water
- Raspberries to garnish
Method: Half fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Crabbie's gin, puree, syrup and lime juice then stir for 10 seconds. Top up with more ice to fill the glass and add clapped mint leaves. Top up to ¾ with soda water and finish off with a dash of prosecco. Garnish with a few raspberries skewered through with a toothpick and left on the rim to serve.
